Guys. Gals. I’ve been (infertility) drug free since May. I haven’t felt better in a long time. After managing to take off nearly 30lbs and feel the best I have since starting this fertility journey, we’ve officially qualified for our warranty program!
This is a huge deal for me. I had to lose a chunk of weight to qualify, that was our only obstacle. It was the first time in years that weight has come off easily.
I did a combo of intermittent fasting and walking/hot yoga. I was encouraged constantly by my hot yoga buddies, an amazing coworker, and my sweet hubbs.
I started taking birth control at the beginning of the month and TOMORROW I have my cycle start appointment. (Hopefully I’ll get mean-face for my ultrasound!)
In the past 48 hours I’ve experienced every emotion I could imagine from fear to hope, excitement to panic. But one thing I’m sure of: this is the absolute right decision for us. I want so badly to have a child of our own that words cannot fully express the way my heart longs.
Anyway… I’m already experiencing side effects from the birth control so I’m sure the upcoming weeks will be one heck of a roller coaster. Can’t wait to update ya’ll later this week. ❤❤
